STRENGTH AND STRETCH

MONDAY (8.00 AM – 9.00AM)

Stretch and strength classes will help students increase their endurance, strength and flexibility. Classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as including flexibility and range of motion.

ALL LEVELS YOGA

MONDAY (9:15AM – 10:15 AM)

Entering class in a comfortable seat, slowly transitioning into a deep stretch, mindful movement, with a slow flow, easing your mind and body into the day ahead.

DEEP STRETCH AND RELEASE YOGA

MONDAY (10:30 AM – 11:30 AM)

Deep stretch is a class that everyone needs – athletes, office workers, parents, warriors, first time yogis and anyone in between. Throughout class you will move slowly in a nice blend of fluid movement, deep stretching with some focus on alignment, balance and breath.

YIN YOGA with REIKI

MONDAY (5.30pm-6.30pm)

Yin yoga is a practice that is deeply nourishing. It is about letting yourself soften and surrender.It enhances the natural range of motion in the joints. It stretches the connective tissue (fascia) around the joints, mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine. Reiki an effective form of energy healing using spiritually guided life force energy (Rei-ki). Together is is powerful.

Deep stretch is a class that everyone needs – athletes, office workers, parents, warriors, first time yogis and anyone in between. Throughout class you will move slowly in a nice blend of fluid movement, deep stretching with some focus on alignment, balance and breath.

YOGA AND WEIGHTS

TUESDAY (10.30AM-11.30AM)

This class combines yoga with light weights and bodyweight intervals to provide a transformation workout designed to sculpt, lengthen and challenge every muscle group. Open to all levels with modifications included. We will close with Savasana!

YOGA FOR EVERYBODY with KELLIE KEEHN

TUESDAY (5:30 PM – 6:30 PM)

A yoga class suitable for beginners and life long yogi’s. The perfect class for reconnecting with your body and mind.

This fast pace rhythmic class will focus on movement and breath. The music will be playful, sequences creative and you will leave feeling energized and physically challenged.

MAT PILATES

WEDNESDAY (6PMPM – 7.00PM)

Pilates builds a mind, body and spirit connection with benefits that include; improved posture, better coordination and balance, stress management and injury prevention. Practicing pilates will quickly help you feel and look your best!

BEGINNERS YOGA

THURSDAY 12 noon – 1pm

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.

ALIGN AND FLOW WITH ANGLEA

THURSDAY 5.30PM-6.30PM

This alignment based vinyasa class is designed to build strength and stability while mindfully linking breath and movement. The sequence of each class will begin with a focused inquiry that will invite students to undertake an exploration of movement within their own individual range. Basic concepts of pranayama and meditation will be incorporated into each class.  A variety of asana options, including the use of props, will be introduced. 


BODY SCULPT

FRIDAY (9am-10am)

Yoga sculpt classes involve both yoga practice and resistance training, they’re an excellent way to lengthen and strengthen all the muscles in your body. This is an energetic full body workout focusing on core strength



YIN YOGA with JEN

FRIDAY (10.30 AM – 11.45AM) 75MINS

Yin Yoga is the perfect compliment and balance to our active, busy lifestyles. Yin allows us to slow down, stretch, and move mindfully from pose to pose. Poses are typically held for 2 to 4 minutes and prop usage is encouraged. Yin targets and nourishes our connective tissue, joints, tendons and ligaments. Yin increases not only our flexibility, but also our resilience and patience. Jen’s classes may include meditation, breath work, visualizations, readings, poetry,  mantra, philosophy, inspirational quotes or seasonal themes and you can always count on a carefully prepared musical playlist. One can plan on leaving in a grounded, yet energized state in mind and body.
