YIN YOGA

It stretches the connective tissue (fascia) around the joints, mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine. Thai Massage stimulates pressure points to open the body’s energy pathways and allows the body to heal. Combining Yoga and Thai will allow the body and mind to relax and recharge.
